'''Zepheniah Mann''' was een rijke Engelsman die door zijn snuggere zoons was overtuigd, [[BLU/nl|Blu]]tarch en [[RED/nl|Red]]mond, om grote stukken land te kopen aan de grens van Amerika. Hij droomde van het omzetten van het land in grote [[Gravel Pit/nl|grindkuilen]] voor wapenproductie. Op zijn reis om zijn nieuw gekochte land te zien, was hij geslagen met vrijwel elke ziekte bekend bij de mens, en was geschokt om te vinden dat zijn nieuwe land een [[dustbowl/nl|dustbowl]] was, een lege en nutteloze woestijn.]] Eventueel legde hij zijn [http://www.teamfortress.com/pumpkinpatch/the_last_will_and_testament_of_Zepheniah_Mann/ laatste wil en testament] op zijn eigen huid, die van zijn huid afgeslinterd was door zijn ziekte:
* Naar zijn dienstmeid Elizabeth, verliet hij zijn landgoed inclusief alle akten, rekeningen, en schulden, zijn tabaksplantage, en de overblijfselen van zijn fortuin. Elizabeth draagt een opvallende gelijkenis met Helen, de beheerder, en is zeer waarschijnlijk haar voorouder.
* Naar zijn assistent en de jager Barnabas Hale, voorvader van [[Saxton Hale]], verliet hij de volledige controle over [[Mann co/nl|Mann. co]]
* Naar zijn "breingebuigde" zonen, Blutarch en Redmond, liet hij een partnerschap. Zijn testament laat ook een vloek aan naar iedereen die vuurwapens gebruikt [[Harvest/nl|bij zijn graf]], waarin staat dat hij een spookachtigheid levert in tegenstelling tot iemand ooit heeft gezien.
Waar naar zijn woord, de [[ghost/nl|geest]] de geest van Zephenia verschijnt periodiek in de Halloween versie van [[Harvest]], waar hij begraven is terwijl hij zijn [[Ghastly Gibus/nl|Ghastly Gibus]] hoed draagt. Alle spelers die afdwalen te dicht bij hem afdwalen zullen vluchten in angst voor enkele seconden, niet in staat om te springen of aan te vallen, vergelijkbaar met de verdofing van de Sandman.

De twee zoons zijn verwikkeld in een levenslange vete met elkaar over de controle van de uitgestrekte landerijen overgelaten aan hen door hun vader. Na de dood van Zepheniah Mann, hebben zowel Blutarch en Redmond teams van negen huurlingen ingehuurd, elk om snel voor de nederlaag van de andere broer zorgen,  en de controle over Zephenia's land te nemen. It is unknown how she obtained one hundred pounds of the element. It is assumed that Elizabeth is her mother, although her name and ancestry are never revealed. If this is the case, then the [[Administrator]], Helen, could be Elizabeth's granddaughter – ownership of TF Industries being passed down through the generations.

* Original "printings" of the comic show Elizabeth as being named 'Emily', leading one to assume that this was the intended name of Elizabeth's daughter and the two characters perhaps being confused by the letterer. In opdracht van de beheerder, bezorgde zij persoonlijk een aantal zeer vluchtige ''custom-order [[Mann. Co/nl|Mann.co]] wapens naar de [[Soldier/nl|Soldier]] en [[Demoman/nl|Demoman]] in ruil voor met een afzonderlijk akkoord te gaan door een of de ander te doden.

Op [[{{patch name|12|22|2011}}|December 22, 2010]], gaf Miss Pauling een [[Stocking Stuffer Key/nl Cadeau-Sleutel]] aan alle eigenaren van ''Team Fortress 2'' voor de feestdagen, veel naar de Administrator's walging.

Echter, werd hij geleid om te geloven dat hij hen filmde om de mensen van [[Badlands/nl| Badlands]] te laten zien dat zij niet "gewoon gewapend psychopaten die alle bezienswaardigheden opblazen op een dagelijkse basis".

Zodra de beheerder geloofde dat ze een goede invloed op haar medewerkers gekregen had, beval ze Miss Pauling de director te vermoorden. During his first appearance Bidwell sported a handlebar mustache; however, this was later shaved off.

Saxton Hale sent Bidwell to Sarif Industries under the pretense of discussing a partnership to jointly develop biotechnology. While Sarif's representatives were looking over the "contract", Bidwell escaped with a crate full of weapons and later reverse-engineered the stolen weaponry to produce [[Manno-Technology Bundle|Manno-Technology]]. Bidwell detailed his exploits in a confidential memo to Hale, who wrote back to Bidwell asking him to "stop writing these things down". 

Bidwell, along with Reddy, risked being dismissed by suggesting the idea of item tryouts and much of the [[Manniversary Update & Sale]]. They showcased various new hats and Miscellaneous items in a section of the Manniversary Update and Sale page before being rudely interrupted by Saxton Hale's dilemma of hiding a dead ostrich.

After being beaten by the BLU Scout and Soldier, Old Nick procedes to grab little Jack. The Scout warns him that that particular child is more than he seems, right as little Jack drives the icicle into Old Nick's jugular vein, killing him. The Scout congratulates the Spy on his cunning child [[disguise]], only to realize the Spy was elsewhere, and it was actualy the small boy himself who did the deed.

Little Jack is last seen sitting next to the Spy, deciding that he is no longer scared. He sits atop his shoulders for a front-page photograph on the Teufort Times.

He also forgets Pepper Pot Pete's name, calling him Peter Pepper-Pants. By the end of the strip, he declares that the "four" of them will be joining the 'Space Marines'.
