An old hilltop quarry that was a landmark where I grew up. I never envisioned it with bomb cart tracks until I found this picture in Dad's collection. The tracks were removed in 1917 (Mikado282 does not [[User:Mikado282/Remembering 68|remember]] 1917).

This particular famous Kansas limestone, here used in a nearby abadoned factory to make [[:File:Backpack_Voodoo-Cursed_Bag_of_Quicklime.png|quicklime]], is also seen in the [[Badlands (Region)|Badlands]] as marl beds in some outcrops of the [[:File:User Mikado282 Mann Co's Shale Badlands in Capitol Reef NP.png#Summary|Mann Co's Shale Formation]], where just by some coincidence it is actually also used there to make quicklime in a real Badlands factory today.
