Similarities with another weapon?

Does anyone notice that it is a bit similar to the Eviction Notice? The speed boost and damage penalty? Also it looks like the disks from tron legacy. If I remember correctly the combat from Ricochet is similar to Tron so Ricochet 2's disks would based on tron legacy. A spoof that comes in valve time--Bigbangbilly!!! 07:33, 1 April 2012 (PDT)

Paintable?

This weapon appears to be paintable like the Cow Mangler was. I painted mine black, and it doesn't appear to have any notable effect on the weapon itself or its particle effects.
