Summary
Mann Manor Scarecrow wearing Ghastly Gibus. This scarecrow's hat was originally black. The vmt associated with the scarecrow model pointed the material to a vtf from before the update that added the option to paint hats. Post-update, the default color for this hat became white, and the scarecrow's vmt was never updated to reflect this change.
