The Hard Counter is a community-created headwear item for the Heavy. It is a team-colored umbrella hat with brown ribs and the Heavy's class icon on it.
Despite the description, the Hard Counter offers no protection from Jarate.
The Hard Counter was contributed to the game during the Mann-Conomy Update, under the name "Überella". [1]
