小灰帽（Modest Pile of Hat）是頂全職業皆可配戴的頭飾。這是一頂跟間諜的圓頂氈帽非常相似的灰色圓頂硬禮帽，帽緣會向上翹起。

頭飾描述是由Fredrik1ST 編寫，投稿至帽子敘述比賽中獲選，內容有被 Valve 稍微修改過。
