:: I have to disagree as the majority of hair related items (see: Battle Bob, Brock's Locks, Geisha Boy, Big Country, Crafty Hair) are headwear items as opposed to misc items. The item isn't just muttonchops, it also adds a mullet to the player. Is there any actual proof that this is going to be a Misc item?
I ask because as far I know it hasn't been added to the item schema yet, and seems more likely to be a Hat if anything.

Timed Drop?
