Is there any actual proof that this is going to be a Misc item?
I ask because as far I know it hasn't been added to the item schema yet, and seems more likely to be a Hat if anything.

Timed Drop?

stats.tf is a website and is likely broken, literally everyone on the servers i play on have this hat.
