Source for no unusuals?

"The Ol' Snaggletooth is the only Polycount Pack hat that does not drop in an unusual form from crates"

Is there a source for this? I haven't seen anyone else say that the snaggletooth can't be unusual. Steviestar3 04:56, 19 October 2010 (UTC)
