- This hat's painting texture was improved.
January 25, 2013 [Item schema update]
- This item was removed from the item drop system and Mann Co. Store, and can no longer be uncrated with Unusual quality or crafted. Crates with the possibility to get the hat are unboxed in normal quality. [1]
Trivia
- The Heavy's Football Helmet was shown in Meet the Spy before it was officially announced; in the scene where the BLU Scout is spinning the Knife, the helmet can be seen sitting on top of a filing cabinet in the background to the left.
