The Medicine Manpurse is a Cosmetic item for the Medic. It gives the Medic a dark brown satchel that hangs on his right side; the sides of the satchel have three pockets with a silver button on each side, the flap is held down by hook with two studs and in the center is a team colored Medic logo, underneath which two manila files can be seen peeking out.
