| − | The comic begins with the Soldier reminiscing some war stories with his close friends, revealed to be carboard cutouts, at a tea party. The Soldier's stories are interrupted when a strange object falls out of the sky. The Soldier, identifying it as a missile, takes it upon himself to throw himself onto the object to save his squad. He finds out, however, that it is not a missile, but a [[Grocket|crash-landed rocket]]. The Soldier also finds, to his pleasure, that the rocket is full of [[Dr. Grordbort's Victory Pack|guns]]. Armed with this new information and weaponry, the Soldier exclaims that he is off to join the "Space Marines".
