In the list of related patches, there is a note saying "Demoman's secondary weapon has been renamed to Stickybomb Launcher."  Does this mean it was actually called the Pipe Bomb Launcher before that patch?

In the list of related patches, there is a note saying "Demoman's secondary weapon has been renamed to Stickybomb Launcher." Does this mean it was actually called the Pipe Bomb Launcher before that patch?
