The Starduster is a Cosmetic item for the Sniper. It is a waist-high team-colored cape and vest that extends the Sniper's collar. The back of the cape has jiggle bones and moves with the Sniper while in motion.
The Starduster was contributed to the Steam Workshop under the same name.
