There is another possible speed combo missing: "With weapon slot boots equipped and wielding the Scotsman's Skullcutter". Are there any percentage values available?

Missing speed values

There is another possible speed combo missing: "With weapon slot boots equipped and wielding the Scotsman's Skullcutter". Are there any percentage values available?
