FoS contract
So from my (anecdotal) experience, the "block 500 damage" thing actually works just like that: use the Fists of Steel to take 500 less damage than normal. It also quite clearly persists across lives (unsure if across servers, unlikely). Toomai Glittershine 20:21, 21 January 2016 (PST)
