The Siberian Facehugger is a community-created cosmetic item for the Heavy. It is a team-colored hood and scarf that covers the majority of the Heavy's face. The pom-pom on the back of the hood bounces around in movement.
The Siberian Facehugger was contributed to the Steam Workshop under the name "Little Bundle of Joy".
