The Mo'Horn is a community-created cosmetic item for the Heavy. It gives the Heavy a large, team-colored, spiked Mohawk with white tinting near the tips. The spikes wiggle slightly as the Heavy moves.
The Mo'Horn was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
