Spy-cicle Not Bug
Rather than reverting your first edit outright, I'll let you think about it.
First, its not really a bug, but a normal consequence of the weapons and the class interacting. Is is a bug that the Cow Mangler is useless for a recharge interval after alt-fire? The melting in this case, like other cases, is balance design.
