The October 27, 2010 patch, dubbed [[Scream Fortress]], is the second annual Halloween celebration in '''Team Fortress 2'''. The update introduced a number of new items and maps. Two new maps, winners of the [[Art Pass Contest]] were introduced: the event map [[Mann Manor]] and its non-event counterpart [[Mountain Lab]]. The [[Mann Manor]] map introduced the [[Haunted Halloween Gifts]] and the [[Horseless Headless Horsemann]] and reused the [[Pumpkin Bombs]] and [[Halloween]] pumpkins of last year. There was also a new set of achievements, the [[Ghostchievements]] pack added.
 
 
 
This year's event introduced many new items: the [[Haunted Metal Scrap]], the Unusual [[Horseless Headless Horsemann's Headtaker]], [[Noise Maker]]s, [[Halloween Masks]], the [[Saxton Hale Mask]],  the [[Horseless Headless Horsemann's Head]], the [[Voodoo Juju]], the [[Spine-Chilling Skull]], and two new community contributed hats, [[Cadaver's Cranium]] and the [[Horrific Headsplitter]].
