The Love & War Update, known colloquially by the fanbase as the Bread Update, was a major update for Team Fortress 2 that was announced on June 17, 2014. It brought a total of 5 new weapons, 4 reskins, 44 cosmetics, 11 item sets, 29 achievements, 6 startup themes, and 15 taunts.

- According to the old description for the Mann Co. Audition Reel, the update was at one point to be called the "Bucket List Update".
- The animations for some of the taunts released in this update were added to the game in the Scream Fortress 2013 update, as shown in this video uploaded on November 1st, 2013.
