Item test mode can be invoked on this map by turning on cheats ('''sv_cheats 1''') then using the console command '''itemtest''' to bring up a window that allows you to spawn bots with attached weapon or accessory models loaded arbitrarily from disk, and you can have the bots perform basic actions like stand, run, look around, etc. I'm no modeler, but it looks like it would be much more useful for testing (and creating screenshots of) custom models than the current practice of replacing an existing one. Also there are several commands for creating item drop notices, but I didn't look much into those; '''find item''' in console will list more related commands. --[[User:M2pt5|M2pt5]] 18:43, 18 December 2010 (UTC) | Item test mode can be invoked on this map by turning on cheats ('''sv_cheats 1''') then using the console command '''itemtest''' to bring up a window that allows you to spawn bots with attached weapon or accessory models loaded arbitrarily from disk, and you can have the bots perform basic actions like stand, run, look around, etc. I'm no modeler, but it looks like it would be much more useful for testing (and creating screenshots of) custom models than the current practice of replacing an existing one.
