Robin Walker is an Australian game designer and one of the original 3 creators of the Team Fortress's Quake mod in 1996. He was hired by Valve to create Team Fortress Classic, for the GoldSrc Engine. He is a lead developer for Team Fortress 2, and is a writer for the TF2 Official Blog.
Career
In 1996, Robin worked with John Cook and Ian Caughley to work on Team Fortress as a mod for Quake and following the popularity of the mod, the trio were hired by Valve to work on Team Fortress Classic for their new GoldSrc Engine. After that, Walker worked on Team Fortress 2 until its eventual release in 2007. Besides Team Fortress 2, he has helped Valve with the development of other games such as Half Life 2 and Dota 2.
