Merc Medal はプロモーションアイテムの全クラス用その他の装飾品アイテムです。これは丸い銀縁のメダルで、銃を構えた兵士が描かれています。その下には "A.I.M." のイニシャルロゴが書かれたチームカラーのプレートがチェーンでぶら下がっています。

このアイテムは2012年2月9日までにSteamで Jagged Alliance - Back in Action を予約購入した人に対して、ジェニュインクオリティのものが贈られました。

このメダルは現在のアメリカ軍の基礎訓練メダルに似ている。
このメダルのロゴと国際傭兵協会("Association of International Mercenaries")のイニシャルは、 Jagged Alliance に登場した、プレイヤーが傭兵を雇うことができる企業が元ネタです。
