The BedBug Protection is a community-created cosmetic item for the Heavy. It is a long-sleeved, team-colored pajama shirt with a chest pocket with different designs placed around it; a crescent moon, the Heavy's class icon, the Team Fortress 2 emblem, and the Sandvich.
The BedBug Protection was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
