The Grounded Flyboy is a community-created cosmetic item for the Scout. It is a small cardboard jet plane with a team-colored upper half and a white bottom half that sits around the Scout's waist, with a black front, a team-colored Domination icon painted on the sides, and "130-NK" written on the back vertical fins.
This item can only be worn around Halloween or during a Full Moon; at other times of the year, it does not appear in gameplay, unless the server has Halloween mode enabled. However, it can be equipped at any time and can still be viewed on the loadout screen even when it is not visible during games.
The Grounded Flyboy was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
