Documentation for Plain

Any external link inside {{plain}} won't show the arrow icon indicated specifically for external links.

Usage

  • Place any link inside the first unnamed parameter {{plain|like this}}.
  • External links won't show the arrow icon.
    • Inserting text will not do anything.
  • Text in remaining parameters will not be displayed: {{plain|[https://wiki.teamfortress.com/wiki/Main_Page foo]|[https://wiki.teamfortress.com/wiki/Soldier bar]}} generates foo
  • This template may be used only for user pages.

Example

  • {{plain|[https://wiki.teamfortress.com/wiki/Main_Page Click me!]}} generates Click me!
    • [https://wiki.teamfortress.com/wiki/Main_Page Click me!] generates Click me! (without using this template)
