The Brock's Locks are a community-created cosmetic item for the Heavy. It gives the Heavy a curly blond mullet and sideburns, similar to that of Brock Samson from The Venture Bros.
The Brock's Locks were later contributed to the Steam Workshop, at Valve's request.
