The Hunger Force is a community-created cosmetic item for the Heavy. It replaces the Heavy's standard black vest with a white (light blue on BLU team), slightly greasy tanktop, which reveals his bare stomach. It also gives him a golden chain with the Heavy emblem on it.
The Hunger Force was later contributed to the Steam Workshop, at Valve's request.
