The Purity Fist is a community-created promotional cosmetic item for the Heavy. It is a heavily-augmented biomechanical limb with a Sarif Industries logo near the base of the arm that replaces the Heavy's left arm.

This item was awarded in Genuine quality to players who pre-purchased Deus Ex: Human Revolution on Steam before August 26, 2011, and to attendees of the Square Enix booth at PAX Prime 2011 and the 2011 New York Comic Con.
