Mildly Disturbing Halloween Mask je odemknutelný kosmetický předmět pro všechny třídy. Vypadá jako hnědý pytlík s týmově zbarvenou kresbou, která je jiná pro každou třídu.
Tento předmět může být nošen pouze během Halloweenu nebo úplňku; v jiných obdobích se nezobrazí ve hře, pokud nemá server zapnutý Halloweenský mód. Předmět může být vybaven, ale ve hře není vidět.
Lze získat při Haunted Halloween Specialu, když hráč odemkne achievement Candy Coroner, ve kterém musí sebrat 20 Halloweenských dýní na mapě Harvest Event a Mann Manor.
