The Masked Fiend is a community-created cosmetic item for the Scout. It removes the Scout's hat and gives him a mask of a demonic skull with no jaw, dark horns that curl back, and black eye sockets with small white dots, held by a strapped band around the back of his head.
The Masked Fiend was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
