This template is to be used in the "Item checklist" or "User hat checklist" template.

An example for Scout Mask:

If <class mask> OR <all> OR <halloween masks> is set to yes, the result will return image of the mask ie. Template:Halloween mask check
If none of the parameters are set to yes, the image 
will be returned.
The image that is returned is 20x20 pixels.
