Smissmas 2014
I just wanted to ask if we should add this to the list of things added in the Smissmas 2014 update. I know it kinda came out with it, but it doesn't really seem like it was meant for it and it is a beta game mode. ClockworkSpirit2343 14:33, 23 December 2014 (PST)
- I was intending on it being on the Smissmas 2014 page, but I just don't know enough about the gamemode to do that. --Omolong (talk) 14:36, 23 December 2014 (PST)
Error in the page
"Warlock: 50% of damage received is reflected back to the attacker (reflected damage cannot directly cause death)" Actually, the reflected damage CAN cause death. I died once to a Medic who had the Warlock effect when I was Pyro. It said in the killfeed I was killed by a flamethrower, which I was using, also disproving that the Medic killed me with his own weapons.
Unfortunately I don't have a screenshot at this, but yeah, that's an error. Just letting you know because I'll remove the part in brackets in a moment and I don't want to seem like a troll removing info for no reason. ISmile03 (talk) 21:17, 23 December 2014 (PST)
Warlock Damage Cap
Is there some sort of damage cap if a Scout uses Bonk Atomic Punch? Even though no health is lost, all damage avoided appears to be reflected back at the attacker while under Bonk's effect.
Theoretically according to the description, you should be able to kill off an Engineer just by standing in front of his sentry with Warlock and Bonk equipped. However, damage seems to be capped after a couple of seconds. 00:52, 7 January 2015 (PST)
Command for Mannpower
i have a question, is there any command about activating Mannpower mode on community servers? on the TF2 blog is mentioned that you can activate it on your own server Villager3056 (talk) 23:41, 18 April 2015 (PDT)
- Ahhh.. Please, talk page is only for useful things for the page, not for personal questions. (but try this)
- 1 - Open console and set the grapple on:
tf_grapplinghook_enable 1
- 2 - Set powerups:
tf_powerup_mode 1
- 3 - Load a mannpower map (
ctf_gorge
,ctf_foundry
orctf_thundermountain
) - 4 - Have fun.

oops, my fault, sorry about that Villager3056 (talk) 07:38, 19 April 2015 (PDT)
Template of Maps
We should have a section that's a table that displays all the Mannpower maps. --Dr. Scaphandre (talk) 16:59, 23 June 2015 (PDT)
- Nevermind. I was drunk and didn't see the actual template. --Dr. Scaphandre (talk) 17:06, 23 June 2015 (PDT)
Unused Powerups?
I found a unused "Thorns" Powerup when i was playing Garry's Mod.
I have proof that it is true.
Proof
+ Neutral, RED and BLU Skins.
+ Animations (Spin)

This can help contribute this page --DFSMegaAbsol (talk) 16:32, 2 November 2015 (PST)
- It could very well have been an alternate pickup and name for the Warlock powerup (which is now reflect) before it's current name was decided. For now until otherwise proven it is on the page. ClockworkSpirit2343 16:49, 2 November 2015 (PST)
- I'll remove, since you not found it on Team Fortress files. — The preceding assigned comment was added by Tark {Finish Him! ▪ Contribs} 16:54, 2 November 2015 (PST)
- I know. I get that information in Garry's mod, i said. --DFSMegaAbsol (talk) 16:59, 2 November 2015 (PST)
- Found them by searching through the files in hammer editor. They're named thorns and do look like this. ClockworkSpirit2343 17:12, 2 November 2015 (PST)

This article needs an update
Here's the thing:
- Ctf_foundry no longer exists, or at least isn't played on anymore;
- The Uber powerup is also nonexistent;
- The Critical hit powerup doesn't respawn and spawns for the team whose players died a consderable amount of times in short period of time;
- The powerups themselves would need a separate articles. Some more in-depth info about them, such as how exactly regeneration scales hp regen with max hp, or that Vampire is less effective with Flamethrowers and Miniguns;
- The overall increased melee damage is mentioned only in patch notes.
I could update it myself if you don't mind. I'm not entirely sure about all the information I got and I'm not good enough at Wikicode to create separate articles for powerups.
Naxer (talk) 07:37, 17 July 2016 (PDT)
- So far as I know CTF foundry was removed from rotation because it was too played and didn't allow Valve to get enough information on the other maps, but is still in the game. As for the other things, they should probably be added to the overall article as they are only mentioned in the Patch notes at this point. I don't know about the invidual page thing, though, maybe an individual section on the article, but a page seems a little excessive for how secluded and minor they are.
- But feel free to update whatever you feel needs to be updated.
