The Mad Mask is a community-created cosmetic item for the Heavy. It is a metal, skull-shaped mask with leather straps, which partially wraps around the Heavy's head. The mask leaves the Heavy's eyes uncovered.

The Mad Mask was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
