The Juvenile's Jumper is a community-created cosmetic item for the Scout. It replaces his shirt and removes his dog tags with a sweater with a large amount of patterns stitched into it.
This item has three styles, named "Ugly", "Modern" and "Plain". The "Ugly" style adds a pattern with white snowflakes and Team Fortress 2 logos on the chest and around the waist, the "Modern" style adds an orange (for RED) or white (for BLU) stripe with team-colored snowflakes near the waist and arms, and the "Plain" style removes all patterns.
The Juvenile's Jumper was contributed to the Steam Workshop.

Update history
December 19, 2018 Patch (Smissmas 2018)
- The Juvenile's Jumper was added to the game.
- Updated some of the cosmetic items from the Winter 2018 Cosmetics Collection to fix missing styles.
Notes
- On all three styles, using the Team Spirit paint on this item provides absolutely no visual difference in-game on either team. This happens because the exact same color values are used for both the paint and the item's default "unpainted" colors.
