The Borscht Belt is a community-created cosmetic item for the Heavy. It replaces the Heavy's ammo belt with a bandolier with seven small pouches on the front and one big pouch on the back.
The Borscht Belt was contributed to the Steam Workshop.

Trivia
- The term "Borscht Belt" refers to the resorts in the Catskill Mountains in upstate New York, that comes from borscht, a soup of Ukrainian origin. Borscht is made with beetroot as the main ingredient, and is popular in many Eastern and Central European countries.
