The Tough Guy's Toque is a cosmetic item for the Heavy. It is a yellow and team-colored knitted tuque or chullo, with up-turned earflaps and a pom-pom on the top.
The item's description was written by FarazParsa for the Hat Describing Contest, and was slightly edited by Valve.
This item is awarded in Genuine quality to players who purchased the BLU Heavy Action Figure and redeem the code that comes with it.
