The Nurse is not a playable class in Team Fortress 2. As a secondary healing force, the Nurse is less equipped than the Medic for actual healing, but is far more proficient in both mobility and self-defense. To aid in survivability, the Nurse passively recovers 2 hp per second. An extremely versatile class, the Nurse specializes in bypassing enemy defenses, flag-capturing, and escaping hairy situations.

The Nurse is a refined English gentlewoman, dedicated to her job, with an open fondness for her homemade tea, which is thought to be the source of her regeneration. She uses this tea in her melee weapon, which carries the mysterious power to hurt as well as heal.
