There are several unused Alternate Kill Icons that can be found in the Team Fortress 2 files, some of these icons are included for custom use by the community where as others appear to have been replaced. The known Alternate Kill Icons are listed below.

Ambassador Headshot | An unused Headshot icon for the Spy's Ambassador. It is similar in appearance to the current Kill Icon and was most likely replaced by the current icon shortly before the release of the Sniper Vs. Spy Update. | |
Level 1 Sentry | This unused Level 1 Sentry icon has no clear use. It appears similar to the standard Level 1 Sentry kill icon with one clear difference: the Sentry appears to have some kind of laser attached to the top. | |
