The Purity Fist is a miscellaneous item for the Heavy. It is a heavily-augmented biomechanical limb that replaces the Heavy's left arm, but makes no change to the melee damage dealt.
It is awarded to players in Genuine quality to those that pre-ordered Deus Ex: Human Revolution.

Trivia
- The Purity Fist is a pun on Purity First, a radical anti-augmentation group in Deus Ex: Human Revolution.
- The item was originally designed by LaroLaro. He ran out of time to model it, so Valve developed the item using his concept art.
