::This seems to be a bug with the filepath parser function and file names that contain certain characters (such as apostrophes) and the attempt to escape them. The bug is documented [https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=16474 here] but I cannot find a solution that would work for our exact needs. I'll bring it up with more knowledgable types though. The "view most recent version of this image" link doesn't work properly. I've looked at how it's coded, but I can't figure out whats wrong with it. Might wanna compare this version of the notice to an older one where the link did work, see what went wrong. 404: User Not Found (talk) 09:28, 22 December 2011 (PST)

The link won't work on the actual template page because it's not a file page. Unless you mean there is a file page where it's not working, in which case please show me an example. User Moussekateer signature sprite.pngMoussekateer·talk 09:36, 22 December 2011 (PST)
Every page. Want a screenshot or two? I'll take 'em. On every file page I've looked at in FireFox (latest version, it's all I run lol), all I see instead of the link is what's shown on this page. Here's an example (no screenshots):
Backpack:Dr. Grordbort's Silver Crest.png
"[?1324576244 View the most recent version of this file stored on the server]"
To sum things up, I see things similar to the above example on every image page. I have to copy and paste the "?#######" into the link manually. 404: User Not Found (talk) 09:52, 22 December 2011 (PST)
I have seen this off and on for a couple of weeks as well. – fashnek (talk·c) 09:55, 22 December 2011 (PST)
This seems to be a bug with the filepath parser function and file names that contain certain characters (such as apostrophes) and the attempt to escape them. The bug is documented here but I cannot find a solution that would work for our exact needs. I'll bring it up with more knowledgable types though.
