There are several unused alternate kill icons that can be found in the game files. Some of these icons are included for custom use by the community, whereas others appear to have been replaced.

An unused Headshot icon for the Spy's Ambassador. It is similar in appearance to the current Kill Icon and was most likely replaced by the current icon shortly before the release of the Sniper vs. Spy Update.
