I'm going into the Culinary Arts program at Florida State University after this summer, and hope to open an entirely Gluten-free restaraunt. I have celiac disease, and Gluten is something that is found in wheat, rye, barley, and all variant grains. You would be surprised how many different foods have these grains in them, especially here in America. I also help take care of my Grandma's parakeets. If only I had a picture of them to show you. they're so cute, and well worth the time I spend taking care of them.

Oh, want to know about my real life? I'm 17 (almost 18 now), and I've lived in Jacksonville Florida all my life.
