It's far from what we have. Spy does not have an english accent in the french dub.
He has more of a multilingual way of speaking, this factoïd origniated from the surprising fact that he says "Oh my god" where all the other translations make him say "mon dieu" in fact he also says "my friend" and "gracias" etc. But in the french dub he doesn't have an english accent at all, more like a slightly catalan accent which would coincide with his NECA figure which according to a Marc Alfos interview, is more or less what the dubbing team got as description for the characters.

- I couldn't find it it's maybe still on youtube but it's an old video only in my memories. However the fact that he doesn't have an english accent in french is a sufficient proof, I can show you on discord recording of what an english accent sounds like in french. It's far from what we have. I'm asking for permission to remove this for the moment and add the fact that he has a light catalan accent later when someone can confirm with me.
