+ | During gameplay I've noticed that if one has a Half-Zatoichi that has not yet been bloodied in hand, the player will be unable to cast any spells until they make a kill or switch to another weapon via resupply locker, etc. I'm assuming this is because spells act like a a weapon that the player switches to for a split second, and the clean Zatoichi would prevent the player from switching to this, but would it be considered a bug? Half-Zatoichi — bug?
During gameplay I've noticed that if one has a Half-Zatoichi that has not yet been bloodied in hand, the player will be unable to cast any spells until they make a kill or switch to another weapon via resupply locker, etc. I'm assuming this is because spells act like a a weapon that the player switches to for a split second, and the clean Zatoichi would prevent the player from switching to this, but would it be considered a bug? Spell Names
The new responses all seem to be using the same names for the spells when they cast them. We should probably add them. -KazooieBanjo (talk) 10:51, 1 November 2013 (PDT)

Superjump kill icon
> Please add a suitable image, then remove this notice. The specific instructions are: "Kill icons for the following: Superjump"
Yesterday I landed on enemy Pyro after Superjump while playing as Soldier, kill him like I stomped with Mantreads and noted that I get Shovel kill icon for this. I'm pretty sure that I had no Shovel nor Mantreads equipped for this moment. IDK, will this be helpful or not. Irvitzer (talk) 15:20, 9 November 2013 (PST)

Some testing of the uber+overheal spell.
To whom it may concern...
Me and a bot. So the approximations are... 3 seconds of healing, up to 2x your health. 1 second (not half a second) of ubercharge. Effect applies to everyone on your team within 275 HU. Dunno about disguised spies. — The preceding unsigned comment was added by Chdata (talk) • (contribs) 05:47, 20 July 2014
Teleportation spell voiceline?
The line used for the Teleportation spell is "ipsum instantarium"; that's stated in the trivia section. However, ipsum is stated to be a reference to Lorem Ipsum, although ipsum actually translates to "yourself" in Latin. Is this significant enough to make a change? The name for "Uber Heal" and “Meteor Storm”
When I checked tf_schinese.txt
to find the STS translation for "Uber Heal" and “Meteor Storm”, I found the following contents instead:
"TF_Spell_OverHeal" "超量治疗"
"[english]TF_Spell_OverHeal" "Overheal"
"TF_Spell_Meteor" "流星坠落"
"[english]TF_Spell_Meteor" "Meteor Shower"
I wonder if the correct names for "Uber Heal" and “Meteor Storm” should be "Overheal" and “Meteor Shower”?
- I would assume that Overheal and Meteor Shower would be correct. HyperDan2000 (talk) 12:57, 18 October 2019 (UTC)

Rework
This page feels off, the sections either are in the wrong place, have the wrong name or both (e.g. pickups should it be gallery??) Can I edit it to make it look more like other pages?--Joshuadinada (talk) 08:59, 13 May 2023 (UTC)
- It looks fine as-is, the pickups section is to show what the spells look like when on the ground, hence why it should be higher than at the bottom of the page.

Minify spell name change
The Minify spell is called Power Up in the localisation files, not Minify.
"TF_Spell_Athletic" "Power Up"
I think this should be changed.

I think the spell name isn't meant to be "Summon MONOCULUS" but it's just meant to describe how the spell works rather than just "MONOCULUS". It's weird, though, and I'd prefer if we copied the spell's names from the loc files.
