Starting Money

using .pop file and comparing to currently unupdated wiki

changes to empire escalation:

starting creds raised from 800 to 900

sniper support added to wave 4:

  • InitialCooldown 120, CooldownTime 45, DesiredCount 2, max vision 4000

sniper support removed from wave 5

wave 1: pyro + huntsman teams - max active changed from 8 to 18

wave 2 huntsman spammers + medics: total count is now 6, max active 4, spawn count 2, 12 seconds between each spawn, wait 10 seconds before starting

wave 2 heater heavies: wait between spawns changed to 28sec
