Remove the Featured cosmetic template
While it was a nice addition to the page, the template itself hasn't been actively updated since January 2017 and the user who kept it updated also hasn't edited since around the same time. This was done, for example, in the articles for the classes; they used to mention the addition of weapons and cosmetics, but now only list changes done to the classes themselves.
Lastly, not only do the articles for each cosmetic item already say their release date both in the infobox and their Update history, we already have the Item timeline pages documenting when every single item was added to the game.
