Once a target is covered in milk, 75% of the damage done to them is returned as health to any team member who damages the milk-covered enemy. This does not apply to Engineers whose Sentry Gun damages the enemy. Mad Milk has the added benefits of extinguishing teammates on fire, and shorting out Cloaking devices. Traversing into water or having an ÜberCharge activated on the victim(s) will not wash off the liquid.
