Does anyone else not able to see through the scope? I cant see anything through an orange-ish overlay. I know you can headshot without the scope but the weapon clearly has a functioning scope on the model

I'm sure everyone thinks the Classic needs a buff, so here's an idea. instead making players wait the full 3.33 seconds just to headshot, why not make it simply 1 second before headshots are capable? Or maybe an increased charge rate of some sort?

"If an uncharged shot hits an enemy's head, it will do standard bodyshot damage without the 10% damage penalty." is listed as a bug, but the classic has the stat "-10% damage on bodyshot" this seems to be a feature of the weapon, not a bug. New Stats

I'm sure everyone thinks the Classic needs a buff, so here's an idea. instead making players wait the full 3.33 seconds just to headshot, why not make it simply 1 second before headshots are capable? Or maybe an increased charge rate of some sort? SaturnCaine (talk) 19:36, 24 April 2015 (PDT)

Okay.. look.. Valve (TF Team) =/= Wiki. -Tark (talk) 19:58, 24 April 2015 (PDT)

G36?

After take a good look, this rifle is strongly resembled to H&K G36 with ZF 3×4° dual optical sight. I know that it's based on the Classic from the TFC, but it's also strongly resembled to G36 too. Should I note it in trivia? User Hinaomi Hinaomi-sig.png Rikka Takanashi (talk) • (contributions) 08:52, 17 September 2018 (UTC)

I think it's good to add, but should also be on Sniper Rifle (Classic). Killicon baleful beacon.pngVasyaTheWizard (talk) • (contributions) 09:07, 17 September 2018 (UTC)

New video

Recently, the new video for the Classic is released by TF2 Official Wiki. I don't know how to update video, but here is that link here. Qwertyxp2000 (talk) 21:45, 12 April 2021 (UTC)

Already taken care of, usually by Thedop. It's done in Template:Dictionary/demonstrations.

Is this even a bug?

"If an uncharged shot hits an enemy's head, it will do standard bodyshot damage without the 10% damage penalty." is listed as a bug, but the classic has the stat "-10% damage on bodyshot" this seems to be a feature of the weapon, not a bug. Perhaps it is a bug, but the stats seem to say otherwise. BirchBoy (talk) 18:33, 30 March 2022 (UTC)

Doesn't seem like it.
